Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Streamline Intelligence is a service operated by Online Optimisers Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Services

We offer productized AI automation services described on this website. Each service has a published monthly fee and one-time setup fee. Specifics of any engagement (deliverables, timeline, scope, integrations) are confirmed in a written order or statement of work signed by both parties before work begins.

4. Fees and payment

• Setup fees are due before kickoff.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Payment via credit card (Stripe) or ACH for US clients on annual plans.
• Late payment may pause service until balance is cleared.
• Prices on this website are current. We may update prices for new clients with reasonable notice; existing clients keep their original price for 12 months.

5. Money-back guarantee

If, within 30 days of your service going live, you have not seen the agreed automations running and producing measurable results, we will refund the most recent monthly fee. Setup fees are non-refundable after week one of work has begun. The guarantee covers the monthly fee only and is the sole remedy for non-performance during that 30-day window.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any monthly service with 30 days written notice. We will continue running your automations through the notice period. After cancellation, you retain ownership of all workflows we built (which live in your accounts).

7. Your data and ownership

• You own your data. We are a processor handling it on your behalf.
• You own the workflows we build for you. They live in your n8n, Make, Zapier, or other accounts.
• We retain a license to use anonymized, aggregated patterns from our work to improve our services and templates. We do not share identifiable client data.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all non-public information about your business as confidential. We will not disclose it without your permission, except where legally required. We will sign a separate NDA on request.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to violate the law, infringe rights, send spam, distribute malware, or build anything we reasonably consider abusive. We may suspend service immediately for violations.

10. Warranties and disclaimers

We provide services "as is" with reasonable professional skill and care. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that AI outputs will be perfect. AI systems can produce unexpected results; you are responsible for reviewing outputs that affect your customers, finances, or compliance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

Each party will defend and indemnify the other against third-party claims arising from its breach of these terms or its violation of law.

13. Term and termination

These terms apply from the start of your engagement until terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. Sections that should survive termination (ownership, confidentiality, limits of liability) do.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where US federal law requires otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced and take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
