Who we are
Streamline Intelligence is a service operated by Online Optimisers Digital LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company in the United States. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean Online Optimisers Digital LLC.
What information we collect
We collect information you give us and information collected automatically when you use our website.
- Information you provide: name, email address, company name, company size, and the message you send when you fill out our contact form or email us. If you book a call, we receive the calendar information you provide to our scheduling tool.
- Service delivery information: when you become a client, we receive whatever information you give us to deliver the service (call recordings, support tickets, CRM data, billing details). We act as a processor on your behalf for that data.
- Technical information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and basic device information. We use this for analytics and to keep the site secure.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and schedule discovery calls
- To deliver the services you have engaged us for
- To send service updates and, if you opted in, an occasional newsletter
- To improve our website and detect abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential site function and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to most of the site.
Who we share information with
We share information only with vendors that help us operate, including:
- Cloudflare (hosting and security)
- Cal.com or Calendly (scheduling)
- Email and CRM providers we use to manage client relationships
- Payment processors when you pay us
Each vendor has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum information needed for them to do their job.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months. We keep client information for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
If you are in the United States, EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your personal information. Email hello@streamlineintelligence.ai to exercise any of these rights. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard security: encrypted transit (HTTPS), encrypted storage, vaulted credentials, access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfect; if we have a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
