Will it hallucinate or make things up?

No. The AI is constrained to answer only from your sources. If it does not have an answer, it says so and either takes a message or hands off to a human. We test this on launch and review weekly.

How does it handle complex or angry customers?

It detects sentiment and routing rules you set. Angry, urgent, or refund-related conversations route to a human immediately with the full context. The AI never tries to argue.

Can it integrate with my existing helpdesk?
